Re: First flight Nipper Sydney Oz
I’d love to see a photo of your Nipper, Ross and to hear more about your epic adventure. I’m planning a dawn to dusk Nipper flight next year in aid of Charity ; hoping to visit as many airfields as I can on the longest day. She’s a beautiful aeroplane and I know you’ll have many happy hours in her. ...

Re: First flight Nipper Sydney Oz
Hi Ross
So pleased you enjoyed Nippering: even after 20 years of flying mine, it still brings a smile to my face!
All the best and may you have many more enjoyable flights...

Re: Nipper in the North West area
Hi John
My Nipper, G-AWJE, is based at Breighton Airfield near Selby. Yorkshire, rather than the North West, but still oop North. You’re welcome to come and have a look at her: I’m there most weekends...
Kind regards
Kate

Re: Fuel tank needed please.
Hi Neil
When I had my fuel tank replaced about 18 months ago, I gave the old 30 litre one to John Brompton. G-XD. I can’t remember what he wanted it for and it may be that he still has it and it’s going spare. I’ll be seeing him this weekend so I’ll ask.
Kind regards
Kate

Re: Canopy Trim
Thanks for replying, Paul. I heard from Nipper Kits yesterday who don’t have anything in and suggested I just source some rubber from the Internet. Half of it is still on the canopy frame, the remainder having perished and come off. At least I’ll get some fresh air in now, as I have no air vent! But...

Re: Nippers in the South East?
Hi Mark I know one or two taller Nipper pilots who have the mod and fly very comfortably. Most notably, David Greenwood, seen here on a visit to Breighton. Easily 6’. Shame about your hangarage issues. The Nipper takes up no room at all and I’m quite peeved that I have to pay the same as a Zlin or C...

Mini plane....
Never heard the Nipper referred to as the “jigsaw” aeroplane. Nice little film.

Canopy Trim
The rubber trim on my canopy has started to perish and I’d like to replace it. Any ideas, please?

Re: OWNERS 'TESTIMONIALS' - WHAT ARE THEY LIKE TO OWN & FLY
Hi Ross
I have crude disc brakes on my Nipper which are ineffective above 20 mph and should only be used for taxiing. I’ve managed like that for 20 years of flying the Bee.
Enjoy Nippering...
