Re: Homebuilt Nippers???

The only thing they (PFA) said was that "it now has to be a refurbishment/restoration job of an existing aircraft".

I will try to find the email/letter/note I received about it, I know I will have kept it somewhere?!

Re: Homebuilt Nippers???

I tried to get permission to build from scratch, as plans and I believe the jig built fuselage can be bought, but was refused by the PFA(LAA).

I don't know about importing one.

Spruce and Plywood

OK, call me fickle, but I've pretty well decided to hang-on to the wood.

Having trouble letting a project go, it may just take more time Surprised

I have installed a "Singapore" dedicated photo/album/slide-viewer bit of software here and an account (a gallery) may be set-up per person if anyone wants one. The good thing about it is that images uploaded are resized automatically to fit within the theme, and it works well, so long as t...

Site giving me a hard time so loading one pic at a time :( What I could do is try setting the forum up to create thumbnail images that link to full sized images, see if it cures your problems and prevents the forum getting "out of shape" when the images uploaded are too wide for the scree...

Re: Plans needed

I'm trying to load a pic of the Ka-7 & Tipsy ZS-UDT, but can't seem to get it right - maybe it'll come through, but doesn't seem to preview - I think the problem is they're not jpg format FYI: There is a size limit of 256 KB per image/file and a maximum number of images per post set to 5. The i...

Re: Glen has a problem...

Hi Glen Glad it's working for you. In the meantime, I had also upped the limit on the number of attachments allowable on any one posting, to 5. I don't think you tried to put up more than 3 photos at a time, but this increase may have had an influence. Also, I've decreased the flood control - so you...

Re: Glen has a problem...

Shocked Well Glen's problem is to do with being dropped out of the forum 'login' when trying to post and upload photos.

So... if anybody else experiences this, please write a little description here - it may be a browser cookies thing, or a browser thing, or just a plain old forum bug thing Confused
