Re: G-AVKI

I have just seen that AVKI came a cropper in December, another victim of the runaway after start up scenario. I had a long chat with Peter about this potential at Sywell in September. He had developed a tether system. I have emailed my best regards to him, and invited him to fill us in with the deta...

Yes I am already speaking with Skycraft, thanks.

Hope you are keeping well,

Leburg Bits?

Hello all,
I would be keen to purchase a Leburg box or two if there are any that are surplus.
Just the ignition module, nothing else.
Thanks,
Paul.

Hello,
My tank may become available later in the year, I am hoping to replace it with a metal one.
I'll get back to you if this happens.

Re: Nose leg to Bungee mod

Hi Nigel,
To my knowledge my Nipper is the first, and to date only, to have this mod incorporated.
It was also done by Airweld.
The mod number I have on record is: 14065.
Good luck. The mod works well.

Paul.

Hello all, Sorry for my prolonged absence over the past couple of years. Time goes by so quickly. I have been settling into the routine of commuting and working in China, and now that I am settled, will devote more time to my aircraft and this forum. Still here, sort of!

Hi all, The forum seems to have reached a bit of lull at the moment, possibly due Neil selling his Nipper, And me having job issues. However I am keen that we keep our resource and community alive, and have just paid up for the next few years web hosting. Please continue to use it. I was recently ma...

Re: G-NIPR GO-PRO 1st Efforts.

Hi Stuart, Thanks for your comments. The camera is attached using one of the sticky 3m pad mounts that are supplied with the camera. It is a neat low profile finish, which is not obtrusive when the camera isn't on it. Apparently they are good for over 200 mph... What you must do is leave it to cure ...

G-NIPR GO-PRO 1st Efforts.

Hello all, I am still here and still Nippering. Been a little quiet of late due to work issues, but hope to be more involved in the Nipper scene next year. In the meantime, I was lucky enough to get a Go Pro camera for my recent 'big' birthday, I have flown with it once and here are the results. I w...

Re: G-CORD Rebuild

Hello All, Well done on the progress Peter. I will endeavour to get to see it next time I am South. Perhaps it is time that we canvass opinion on a canopy production run? This was raised a few years ago, but died away. There might be sufficient interest now. My funds aren't what they used to be, but...
