Thanks Paul, I contacted Paul Grellier but doesn't hold any Zenith spares. I've got an enquiry outstanding with a vintage carb business but this particular version isn't on their website.

The best advice I've had so far is to swap it out for a Stromberg CD150, which is much more common.

Also it will give some clearance between the back of the prop and the front of the cowling. They were perilously close I think the engine mounts weren't Nipper original.

Hi Paul, I've measured the spacer on the axle for the 3-1/2 x 4.95 hub and tyre and it is ~ 4.5mm wide.
