Hi Jim,
I can service the Zenith, if gaskets are not available I can make them.
I may also have a Stromberg with the correct jets for sale if you are interested.
Best wishes,
Neil

Welcome aboard Stuart........I hope the Nipper Grin is soon all over your face! I have always fancied visiting Wales by air, but you seem to be short on airfields! I got my NIpper G-ONCS (Then G-AZBA) from a field near Pembrey Ranges.......had to have a "slot" so I didn't get shot down. Yo...

Re: Air Filter?
Hi Malcolm, You say that the oil was black.....after 7 hrs that would suggest overheating of the oil. Does it smell burnt? Do you have oil temp? If so what was it before seizure? Did the engine seize in flight or on the ground? What was the oil temp' before seizure? What was the oil pressure before ...

Re: Leburg
Rather a poor installation if you need to remove the engine for access. Presumably they have fitted the Leburg units in the box that used to house the magnetos? If so you may be able to remove the fuel tank to access the end of the box which may be removable....or access from the side via the panels...

Re: Leburg
Hi Malcolm, The fact that the failure has been progressive would suggest that the fault is not down to a supply/earth problem. Can you remove the Leburg Module easily? If so I recommend you remove it, remove the cover and check that the i/c (integrated circuit) has not come out of its holder, or tha...
