MESSAGE FOR SPOT - RE DOMAIN NAME

Hello David,
I have received a couple of emails from the host to renew the domain name.
I have responded and paid up for another three years, but they think I am you.
I cannot get access to change the personal details because I dont have a password for it.
Can you tell me how to do this, or advise Dotster that I am the domain 'owner'?

Hi Paul

You are registered as the domain owner with Dotster, it's just that it is on my account. As you probably do not have an account with a Domain Registrar, the best thing to do is go to http://www.dotster.com/ and click on the link at the top of the page CREATE A FREE ACCOUNT fill in your details.

When you have confirmation and can log in OK, tell me the Account Name only and I will transfer internally (as tipsynipper.com is registered with them) the domain name to you.

I'm not sure if all the details come across with it, I should imagine they will or anybody receiving an account will be high and dry, but just check that in the Account Management area the Name Servers point to:

NS1.ASMALLORANGE.COM
NS2.ASMALLORANGE.COM
NS3.ASMALLORANGE.COM
NS4.ASMALLORANGE.COM
