Hello Stuart,

Still here and "kicking around"!

G-ONCS is going very well, really enjoying aerobating it. I am perfecting the rolling circle, slow roll and 4 point roll, although it will be a far cry from the likes of Mark Jefferies! I would like to find out how Barry Smith does his avalanche (loop with a flick roll at the top). I did some formation flying with a Chipmunk on the way to Seething a week ago. If you haven't seen it have a look at: http://www.youtube.com/user/goncstube

I am still banging the drum about flat spin awareness:
FLAT SPIN RECOVERY:
OPPOSITE RUDDER
IN TURN AILERONS
FORWARD STICK

If the recovery does not seem to be coming apply full power.

On the note of spin entry: Avoid the use of pro-spin ailerons; this increases the yaw rate which is a good ingredient for a flat spin entry.

How do you fancy a Nipper meeting at Duxford to view the new British Hangar and a general look around?

I am getting the moulds for the cowlings you have soon. I am making slow progress on the 2180cc engine, but it is moving forward.

Hope all is well with you.

Neil
