G-CBCK Badly damaged - Took off with insufficient fuel.

It seems that G-CBCK suffered significant damage in January when the pilot ('Pilot' magazines editor at the time!)
attempted to take off with an empty tank.
This would be the same aircraft showing in a recent issue of 'Pilot' magazine clearly showing an overstress on the g-meter.

Will 'Pilot' magazine be mentioning this incident in 'Safety Matters' I wonder?

Mmmmmmmmmm........its not like its difficult to check the fuel contents on a Nipper, you don't even have to use steps!! How many times do we read in safety matters to always visually check fuel content.
