Tipsy Nipper

Hi,
Has anyone tried to SSDR a Nipper?.
From what I can gather it could be done, but Im looking for real figures on weight (We can SSDR up to 390kg if its an older aircraft).
Next is stall speed ,it must be 35kts or below how realistic is this?
And finally will it operate out of 350m that is always cross wind? That bit is for me personally as my strip is 350m.

Looking for lower stall speed, could the starboard wing have a footstep flap conversion?
Add a pair of fixed wing tip slots..... very experimental !!
add those little vortex generators to the wing top camber ?
