Does anyone have any experience with the revmaster 2100d vw conversion. Can it be made to fit a Nipper? I have a new Leburg ignition (The engine is currently fitted with Lucas coils).

Hi Richard,
The revmaster engine crankcase is a VW case clearanced internally to allow use of a longer stroke crankshaft. I would think that the engine would not be a problem to fit, although you will have to discard the accessory case on the back (if you have it). One area that could cause some issues is the longer crankshaft. I believe the flange is about 3inches further forward of the std VW, but I am not sure of the exact measurement.
