HOW TO POST IMAGES / PICTURES - A GUIDE FOR MEMBERS

Any member of this forum can post images or pictures and are encouraged to do so if they are of relevance to the site.
Some members have had difficulty in uploading attachements and this guide is written to explain how this is done.
Please follow the guide and let me know if you encounter any further problems, Thanks.

1. Type the message as per normal.

2. When ready to upload an image please scroll down the page to find UPLOAD ATTACHMENT (in orange font).

3. Click BROWSE (a new window will open) and locate the required file on your computer / hard drive. Click once on the filename to highlight it.

4. Then click OPEN (the new window will now close), this will put the 'address' of the file on the website uploader.

5. Now click ADD THE FILE. This will open another new window as it uploads the image. It can take a little while to upload depending on file size. The window will close when complete.

6. Now this is the bit that most people miss so read carefully (!): The image name will now appear on the page just under your typed
message, next to the word ATTACHMENTS.
NOW YOU MUST CLICK 'PLACE INLINE'. If you dont do this it wont place the image on your message.

7. You can continue to type further below the image or upload more images by repeating the steps above.

8. When all done click SUBMIT at the bottom of the webpage.

DONE!


It seems harder to read it than actually do it ,and most of it is intuitive apart from step 6 in my opinion.
