Hepu engine 1959 for sale

Hello,
I have a Hepu VW airplane engine for sale. I have seen on the internet that this type of engine has been used in the Tipsy Nipper airplane in the year 1959.
The identification plate on the engine shows the following data (in the German language):

Uffeln - Vlotho/Weser
Germany
Motormuster u. Baureihe : 48
Werk Nr. 1054-12 Baujahr : 1959
Gerate Nr: L4507
Startleistung: 40PS bei 3500 U/min
Hochst zugelassen Dauerleistung: 38,4 PS bei 3200 U/min
Verdichtung : 7,1:1
The engine has a Magneto "RB" type : J/4 Date de fabrication: 1-59 Ref. com.: 6873A Numero de serie: 952782
Etablissement Ducellier PARIS
The fitted carburettor has the following data: SOLEX 28 PCI
The engine cranckshaft turns, but i didn't see the engine in working order. There is no propeller attached to the engine.
