Nipper Exhaust systems,
Does anyone, anywhere, know of a serviceable exhaust system (complete) for sale, or someone who can make one, or any inspiration at all?!? I have run out of ideas. It is for a Acro 1834 engine installation with Mk3 cowlings. Hope someone can help. David
Re: Nipper Exhaust systems,
David,
I have a set of spare pipes for a MKIII and a contractor who can copy them. I am away for a couple of weeks but will help you when I get back.

ps have you tried Alan Ayles at Nipper Kits?

Re: Nipper Exhaust systems,
Hi David,
Herewith some photos of my exhaust system, it really takes the sting out of the VW exhaust note. It was fabricated almost entirely from VW "J" tubes available from just about any exhaust center or German and Swedish. It has tubes with fins inside for the carb heat. The silencers and complete assembly were Nickle plated before use to protect them, so in theory they are plated inside also.
